Ristrutturazione di un fast food in stile americano in un ristorante rustico tradizionale italiano
Ho trasformato un moderno fast food in stile americano in uno spazio rustico per la ristorazione italiana, utilizzando materiali naturali come legno e mattoni per creare calore e carattere. Nonostante l’area limitata, la disposizione offre sia comfort che una circolazione efficiente per ospiti e personale.
Ho gestito ogni fase del progetto, dall’analisi del sito e progettazione degli interni alla selezione dei materiali e al coordinamento in cantiere.
