Permit Drawings & Bygglov
Obtaining bygglov is one of the most critical stages in any construction or renovation project in Sweden. Without correctly prepared drawings and documentation, municipalities will delay or reject an application costing clients time and money. This is exactly where the architect’s role becomes essential.
At Kharkitekt, I prepare complete, precise, and regulation-compliant permit drawings that follow Swedish building codes (BBR), local municipal requirements, and proper architectural standards. Every drawing is produced with the level of accuracy that the bygglov handläggare expects: plans, sections, façades, site plans, area calculations, and technical notes.
A professional architect ensures that:
- The design meets all zoning rules such as height limits, placement on site, footprint, distance to boundaries, and local plan regulations (detaljplan).
- All drawings follow correct scales, symbols, and drafting conventions, so the municipality can easily assess and approve the project.
