Renovation of a real estate agency
The project involved redesigning a 45 sqm commercial space in Karaj, Iran, for a real estate agency. I raised the roof by 50 cm and created two new facades to enhance visibility. Considering Karaj’s hot summers and cold, humid winters, I used natural materials like exposed brick and wood, with large openings covering most of the facade, for energy efficiency. The result is a minimalist, warm, and functional space with modern elegance.
My role: I managed all architectural and interior design aspects, from concept and material selection to construction supervision.
