Competition for the executive project of 196 public housing apartments for the Municipality of Pieve Emanuele, Province of Milan, Italy.
The project involved developing the final design for 196 apartments in six towers, organized into three clusters. The key competition criterion was implementation time, addressed through the use of prefabricated concrete structures and finishing systems.
My Role: I contributed to both design and management, focusing on dry construction technology, material selection, and prefabrication strategies. I also coordinated the project across multiple disciplines, including structural design, site safety, MEP systems, and fire protection
